Because your medical records are actually yours, GoPHR makes it easy to obtain them from your doctors. When you register your new account, or at any time after that, you can approve which of your physicians can access your account by choosing their name and their NPI (National Provider Identification) number supplied by the federal government from a provider list. Once approved, your doctor can simply upload digital records directly into your account. If your doctors still use paper records they can use our fax function (we provide a pre-filled fax cover sheet) to send your records to your account.
If you don’t want to give them access, they can send you files via email or fax and you can scan them and upload them from your computer directly into your account. You have complete control.
And GoPHR offers unlimited file storage so that you can make sure you have all of your X-rays, MRIs and CT-Scans at your fingertips.
GoPHR also includes a Medical Summary that automatically includes all of the information that you have entered into your account. (See below)
